Twitter is a medium that allows for certain kinds of conversation. We can predict what kinds of discussions will be had on Twitter because of the structure of Twitter.
We need to stop thinking about the “content” of media and broaden our perspective, think post structuralist. The presentation, structure, and limitations (inherent or manufactured) of a media are sometime more important.
