Republicans love the assumption that you can either have a growing economy or women’s rights. That you can have stability or worker’s rights.
Republicans love it when you argue that minority issues are more important than economic issues, because it implies you can’t have both.
The reality is, democratic policies are better, even for the issues conservatives stereotypically care about. California has lower taxes than Texas!! (for the average family). Democratic counties account for 70% of the GDP, while Republican states take handouts from the federal government in excess of the money they put in
