change is inevitable
A law requires people add insulation to their house. The law feels annoying, oppressive even, and people get angry — angry that they have to change. Thing is, they’d have to change regardless, if it wasn’t the government forcing them to change, it’d be climate change itself.
I feel like there’s some overlap with creating the problem by pointing it out.
