Incredibly frustrating that people aren’t willing to work together towards a common goal. I’ve disagreed with plenty of people, yet I can still work with them.
Insulting people who are on your side probably won’t flip their views, but it might make them avoid working with you or your organization. (And it might change the views of the 12 year old who hasn’t solidified their identity yet.)
