In the boy who cried wolf, the boy first says that there is a wolf when there isn’t one. That’s a type 1 error. Later the townsfolk don’t believe him when there is actually a wolf. That’s a type 2 error.
Type 1: I found thing! Thing does not exist
Type 2: There is no thing! Thing does exist.
