transient communities

- In a space with transient members, how can we encourage connection between those members and a sense of community? If this space is online, can we do this while still maintaining user privacy?
communities are compartmentalized
- Work, life, and fun are all their own little communities. Usually this is a good thing, but sometimes it can cause issue. If you move to a new job, start a new hobby, or break up with your significant other(s), that can cause a complete shift in your social scene. This means that communities change members more often and become more transient
